We start first by cutting the meat into desired cuts.


Use our NSF food grade wrapper .


Tightly wrap the meat to remove all air.


Use butcher wrap to protect from UV light and freezer burn.

Label accordingly.


We double grind the burger with a fine plate with or without beef suet.


The grind is then placed inside a UV air-free container.
